• Using the mouse & keyboard
• The Windows Taskbar
• The Start Menu
• Starting and Stopping programs
• Starting & shutting down Windows properly
• Managing Windows
• Resizing, moving, closing windows
• Understanding Menus and Toolbars
• Finding your stuff - searching the computer
• Using 'My Computer' & Windows Explorer
• Copying & moving documents & files
• Deleting files - where do they go?

The day will run from 10:00am until NOON
